Provider Terms

Products and services that the client purchase from our company maybe provided by us, other companies owned by us or 3rd party companies over whom we do not have control. All products and services have separate applicable terms and conditions of their own (Providers Terms). By purchasing a product or service from our company you the client are confirming that you have read and agree to the Providers Terms. If the Website Terms in any way contradict the Providers Terms, then the providers terms will apply.

Payment Terms

Unless agreed and stated on the invoice all payments are due on invoice date. In the event of late payment we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or cease any service packages, products or websites any reactivation of services will attract a service charge. All websites and URL attract yearly charges for the lease of the hosting and domain name. If you the client are having any issues relating to any invoice please contact our accounts asap to make arrangements to avoid any disruption of services. We reserve the right to pursue any long outstanding debt through third party collection agencies and the claims court. In the event of non payment of any invoice for any prolonged period (Over 30 days) the website, packages and ownership - title of the goods, services or websites will revert to Company Website UK we reserve the right to delete or resell any products or packages to recoup any losses. 

Marketing Services

We engage in different ongoing marketing services to promote business if you the client have entered into an agreement with the company you will be invoiced for renewal automatically at the time stated on the original invoice and email. Note the company requires 1 months notice to cancel any package relating to marketing these services are paid up to 1 year in advance any packages paid for will be fulfilled to the end of the agreed period unless specifically cancelled in writing to info@companywebsite.co.uk In the event of cancellation prior to the end of the marketing period no monies will be refunded. By entering into any of our marketing packages you the client hereby agree to our payment terms.

Website Building

Company Website UK builds its websites on various platforms including word press, themed sites, html and various plugins. On confirmation and engagement of othe company services unless specified in writing at the commencement of any project Company Website UK can use all and any platforms it deems fit to complete the website build to fulfil any of the client requirements, charges and ongoing costs to maintain the hosting and domain names are annual and form as part of the contract by entering into an agreement be it by contract or email you the client hereby agree to this and our payment terms set out above. All projects unless specified on invoice are to be completed withiin 60 day period of commencement any delay in providing detailed information in order to complete any project are the onus of the client engaging our services. Any long delays may attract further costs and deem the website or marketing services offered unfullfillable. In these cicumstances the company will offer a time period no less than 14 days for the client to provide the information to complete the project afterwhich the company may at its discretion demand any and all monies owed or cancel the entire agreement.

Cancellation of Services.

In the event you the client want to cancel  any service relating to your business please send an email in writing to info@companywebsite.co.uk with clear instructions. In the event that any services are cancelled prior to the end of the hosting period or marketing service no refund will be forthcoming you the client accept when entering into each agreement that it will run for the allotted time of the invoice.

In the event the company cancels the project due to any of its terms and conditions not being adhered to no refunds for any part payments made will be due to the client. It also reserves the right to chase the full payment originally agreed when engaging the services of the company.

Changes to the Website Terms

The company may make changes to the Website Terms from time to time. It is the clients responsibility to regularly read the Website Terms and make sure they are aware of any changes. If you use our website after we have made any changes you are confirming that you accept and agree to the changes.
